Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy:

• We offer free shipping for orders over $100
• For orders under $100 we charge a flat rate of $10 for standard shipping
• We do not currently ship outside of the United States
• Free delivery is available for the Portland, OR metro area. Email us to arrange.

Return Policy:

• We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
• You may exchange your item or receive store credit. 
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
• To initiate a return, please email us at info@oliveskyonline.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label.
• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. 
• If your return is approved, we will provide you with a store credit.
